Osugi Musical Theatre Community Art Project Flag Design Contest! In fall 2014 OMT will put on its original musical “Radio Osugi.” In the play we need a flag for each of the following: 1) Tengu Pirates and 2) Children's Island. (The tengu is a long-nosed red-faced goblin character from Japanese folklore. ) How about designing a flag for either the tengus or the kids?! International submissions welcome!
